Accessing an Existing Fullscript Account

1. If you have an existing account with Fullscript, click one of the buttons below.

If you are Dr. Nowazek’s patient, please click this sign-in button to be brought to the Fullscript log-in screen:

If you are Dr. Kim’s patient, please click this sign-in button to be brought to the Fullscript log-in screen:

2. Enter your email address and click “Continue with email”. Alternatively, this screen also allows sign-in using a Google account or an Apple account.

3. You will be taken to this screen. Enter your password and click the “Sign in” button.

4. Fullscript may send a verification code to your cell phone. If you are unable to access the code on your phone, you can use the “backup code” that Fullscript would have issued when you created your account.

Enter the code and click “Next”.

That will bring you to the Fullscript website.

Creating a Fullscript Account

1. To create a Fullscript account, click one of the buttons below.

If you are Dr. Nowazek’s patient, please click this sign-in button to be brought to the Fullscript log-in screen:

If you are Dr. Kim’s patient, please click this sign-in button to be brought to the Fullscript log-in screen:

2. Enter your email address and click “Continue with email”. Alternatively, this screen also allows sign-in using a Google account or an Apple account.

3. You will see a screen saying that Fullscript sent a sign-in link to the email address you entered in Step 2.

4. When you receive the email, click on the “Access Fullscript” button.

5. When you have clicked the “Access Fullscript” button, you will be taken to this screen.

This screen is not mandatory. There is a small “skip this question” option at the bottom of this screen.

You are under no obligation whatsoever to provide Fullscript with your personal health information.

PLEASE NOTE THAT GREEN APPLE HEALTH CARE DOES NOT ENCOURAGE, ENDORSE, OR SUPPORT PROVIDING PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION TO NON-MEDICAL PERSONNEL.

6. The next screen asks “Which health topics interest you most?”

This could be construed as a further request for personal health information.

This screen is not mandatory. There is a small “skip this question” option at the bottom of this screen.

7. That will bring you to the Fullscript website.

Navigating the Fullscript Website

When you have successfully accessed the Fullscript website, you will see the top menu items:

Catalog

The catalog section has a number of drop-down areas such as “Health conditions”, “Supplements”, “Vitamins and Minerals”, etc.

Selecting items from any of these drop-downs enables Fullscript to build a user profile for marketing purposes. You can bypass using these drop-downs by using the search bar.

My health

This section contains personal information such as “plans”, what you are “currently taking” (based on what you order from Fullscript), and “community plans”. This data is not visible to any other site user.

Auto refills

This section allows you to auto-ship products.

Orders

This section details your order history.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget the password for your Fullscript account, you can set a new one.

1. Go to the sign in screen and enter your email address. Then click on the “Continue with email” button.

2. On the next screen, click the “Forgot password?” link.

3. You will be taken to the “Reset your password” screen. Enter the email address associated with your Fullscript account and click the “Email me a reset link” button.

4. The next screen instructs you to check your email inbox for instructions to set a new password.

5. You will see an email from “The Fullscript Team” with a “Reset your password” button. Click on that button. If the button doesn’t work, copy and paste the link into your browser. That will take you to the next screen where you can enter a new password.

6. Enter your new password into both fields. Then click on the “Continue to Fullscript” button to access the Fullscript website.
