Dear Patient of Green Apple Health Care:

We are informing our patients that given the current situation with COVID-19 virus the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA, our licensing council in Alberta) has strongly recommended that all non-essential in-person naturopathic treatments be suspended immediately. This means we need to temporarily close our clinic, effective at 3pm on Friday, March 20, 2020.

The CLINIC is closed but WE ARE STILL OPEN!

This DOES NOT mean that you need to CANCEL any CONSULTATIONS you have. Our doctors are available to keep your appointment via telephone or online secure video consultation. We are fully equipped to provide telephone or online video access to our doctors so that your care continues.

This DOES mean that any IV AND INJECTION THERAPIES are not available during the closure of the clinic and will be rescheduled for when the clinic re-opens.

Please be assured we are still serving our patients and taking appointments. Existing patients can now also book online from our website at or call or email us.

If you run out of supplements and require a refill please call or email us and let us know. Your doctor will arrange for online ordering and delivery to meet your needs.

As always you can call or email us with any questions.

Many health authorities are strongly urging social distancing, self-isolation, and/or quarantine to help stop the spread of this disease. These are responsible measures that will help to curb the spread of this infection.

We would like to remind everyone to follow the recommended hygiene practices at home and at work:

- Frequent hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds using soap and water, followed by the use of hand sanitizer containing a minimum 60% alcohol
- Avoid touching your face
- Sanitize surfaces that your regularly touch

We hope that the closing of the clinic office will prove to be a very temporary measure and that we will be able to re-open in the very near future.

When updates are available they will be posted to our website, Facebook and emailed to our patients.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time, and will notify you immediately when we are able to re-open the clinic for in person visits.
