Hello to all of our patients at Green Apple Health Care. This is another update on the improvements we have been working on to serve our patients better.
In this update we will be going over inventory and how we have been able to improve delivery of supplements to our patients.
During the shutdown we, along with many others, had a very difficult time with inventory. We could do curb-side pick-ups, but we had limited inventory on shelf. Because so many people were understandably going online to shop, many companies developed huge backlogs and the couriers and postal services were massively overwhelmed. As a result, shipping time increased significantly and getting product in became quite a challenge.
The shutdown period was a real learning experience, and we devised better ways to get you the products you need. We learned how to be able to ship product directly from the suppliers to your house so that the products you need were more readily available to you. We discovered that we could have your inventory shipped directly to your house from the suppliers. This was a wonderful service we could provide; we could order it for you or provide the link for you to order anything you needed any time. It allowed a continuance of care and gave control to the patient.
We have improved our systems, are getting inventory back in, and more importantly can continue to have it delivered directly to your house.
The added services we can now provide are that we can prepare the order for you, have it shipped at no extra cost (unless you want overnight). We can then get your supplements delivered right to your house, usually within 3 to 5 business days. You don’t have to come in to the office to get your order; we will take care of everything for you and get it shipped.
We can also provide you with the direct link to order supplements you want at any time. This gives you the control to order what you need when you want it. Shipping time is still the same, usually 3 to 5 business days now that all couriers and mail services are getting caught up to the demand. And overnight delivery is possible if you want.
All of this streamlines the process and makes it easier for you.
We still have inventory on shelf, however we still get backorders so please contact us first before you come in to the clinic to pick up any supplements you need just to be sure we have it. We do have stock available and are working with our suppliers to balance the inventories to ideal levels.
We are making improvements to serve you better and are really excited about what we will have to offer starting in September.
We are open and available to provide all appointment types and treatments for our patients. All current patients can book repeat consultations, micro-vitamin injections, IV treatments and regenerative injections with ONLINE BOOKING or by calling our office. And now we have secure video consultation permanently available for any patient who would like it and it’s also available via ONLINE BOOKING.
